Re: New Vintage Synthesizer Modules, New Core Modules, Voltage Modular 1.3.13 Update!

Restarted and it didn't bring up where I was but an earlier version from hours before. Not a problem I have had with any previous version of VM. That's very odd indeed. Are you on a Mac or Windows? Is your data saved on a drive that could be disconnected? If it ever happens again, please take a scr...

Notice that the VCF-20 Filter is now correctly in the processor category (along with the TB-Filter) BUT the new VCO-20 and TB oscillators are incorrectly categorised in Utilities and not Sources.
This has been fixed. Thanks for letting us know!

Re: Propellerheads Reason (On Windows Only) Crashed (Known issue)

We've provided Propellerheads with all of the information necessary for them to fix their bug. Unfortunately, they still haven't given this problem any attention. Please contact them and let them know that you'd like them to fix their compatibility issue. To be clear, the incompatibility with Propel...

Re: MIDI Mapping issues in Ableton

Hello, You need to map any controls in Voltage Modular to one of the 128 automation slots first, in order to use Ableton's MIDI mapping features. Simply right-click on any control (knob, slider, etc.), select Automation Assign, and choose an automation value. Once you've done that, the Ableton MIDI ...

Re: MD problems

Hello, It looks like perhaps you published and then deleted some of these modules. There is a bug in the current version of Voltage Modular that affects modules that are In Development but are then deleted. They show up as "Free" and you cannot load them, which appears to be the case here. There is ...

Re: Voltage Modular Designer price change?

Hi Terry, Has the price of a "commercial" license for VMD really increased to $350.00? No, it hasn't. Something apparently went wrong when we added new features to our server last week, causing the price of the commercial license to show up in the cart incorrectly. This has been repaired, and the co...

Re: BiQuadFilter

Benard, Biquad filters are simple two-pole filters that are often combined together to create more complex filters. If you look ion the Enumerations section of the Library tab in Voltage Module Designer, you'll find the BiQuadFilter.FilterType enumeration. Here's an example of a lowpass filter at 4,...

Re: Module Initialization...

I'm trying to use a group of hidden Editable Labels to store some persistent state information for a module I'm building - 'quick recall' slots that store sub-preset level information for the module. Hi Terry, Why not use GetStateInformation() and SetStateInformation for these purposes? That's what...

Re: A question of hardware mirrored by the software .

I struggle somewhat at getting the same type of sounds from both reaktor blocks and softube modular . Are there specific hardware modules that the voltage modular units are based upon ? Hi there, A few of our modules are patterned after specific hardware - for example, the VCF-20 filter is based on...
