This software will only install momentarily and the next time I try to open (the plugin or standalone) it says 'operating system or user account has changed in some way' and needs to reinstall.

Completely unusable.

Could someone please arrange a refund or leave an email address to contact Cherry ...

As the title suggests, the plugin keeps trying to reinstall. It's a real pain as my computer is not directly connected to the web.

Sometimes it fails to reinstall too and hangs.

Edit: KR55 seems to think my computer architecture is changing and creates new device instances every time. After 4 or ...
