Re: Same license - 2 computers
I currently use VM on two computers: my laptop for my mobile rig and my studio PC. No issues. These are both my devices and I am the only one who uses them. If you view your account on the CA website, it will show you the devices that you have VM installed on.

Re: User Presets Default Location
Done! I sent some screen shots as well, along with the steps I am taking to reproduce this.Cherry Garcia wrote: ↑Wed Feb 06, 2019 3:48 pmBigcat,
Reproduce the problem by saving a preset, quit VM and then email support@cherryaudio.com with your latest log file. It shouldn't be behaving the way you are describing. Thanks!
Thanks!!

Re: User Presets Default Location
Whenever I launch VM now, it looks at my SSD as the default preset location. I actually retract this statement. Even though Settings > General says that my SSD is the default preset location, VM is still reading from and writing to the \AppData\Roaming\Voltage\Presets directory for user presets. I ...

Re: User Presets Default Location
Yeah, I tried to use a OneDrive folder as my default preset location, but it didn't last longer than the current session. As soon as I closed VM and reopened it, it reverted back to the default directory of \AppDate\Roaming\Voltage\Presets . I then set the default directory to a directory on my exte...

Re: Paypal Claim for Undelivered Goods
Yeah, CA is owned/run by Acoustica, and their shopping cart is single-item, too. But they except Payal directly on the cart, while other items direct you to Amazon. Hopefully they get this all sorted out, but in the short run, I would like what I paid for

Paypal Claim for Undelivered Goods [RESOLVED]
CA, I have always supported you on social media, and have been happy with your products, but you have got to get your payment issues resolved. I sent you guys a Papal payment a week and a half ago for 5 items and only 2 have been added to my account. In the meantime I've bought things online that ha...

Re: Shopping basket
Bigcat75, Thanks for the purchases! There is a bug that keeps the demo text on the modules when they are purchased. We are looking into fixing that one. It should be fine. If they don't switch over to normal when the demo period is over, please let us know - but they should. Thanks! Hello Cherry Ga...
