Such good news, thanks Robert.
I've had ongoing stability issues with VM in Logic for a long time, but having just updated Sonoma and then built a piece using VM, I haven't yet seen the spontaneous crashes that I would have expected. Encouraging!

Re: When will VM work with Logic on Ventura?
Ah, perhaps that was why I rolled back. I remember it was a disaster, and I keep feeling like there was another issue. But it sounds like I might try again at the end of April. I'm shocked Apple made the effort to correct this. I wish they would do the same for Ventura. Apple does security upgrades...

Re: No Output on MacOS
Yeah, those jacks are just eye candy. This module doesn't accept incoming audio.

Re: No Output on MacOS
Hmm, it's a pretty simple plugin, just insert it on a track in your DAW and start playing. What DAW are you using?

Re: abandonware?
Sorry Greg, my comment was over the top. I was just feeling a little frustrated by the frequent attention (though for good reason) that your instruments receive. I'm at a nexus with Logic, waiting for fixes before I start integrating VM into it, and I'm really hoping to see some other suggestions th...

abandonware?
While a plethora of sexy vintage repro's continues to pour out the door, Cherry seems to have given up on Voltage Modular. IIRC, it hasn't even had a point update in over a year.
Ah well, at least I can amuse myself pushing the virtual radio buttons on my new (old) CR-78 knockoff.

Love Crash
I tried using Dawesome's Love plugin, AU version, in the Mini Plugin Host and it shut down VM within seconds of being loaded. I tried a few times, and also tried with the VST3 version intead. Same thing. Partly I have to attribute this to recently "upgrading" to Sonoma. So now just trying ...

One addition, a biggie, is patch memories. "New panel memory function (16 programs per bank and 16 banks = 256 slots)"

A total re-download has only happened to me once, but once was too many. It's annoying, just like their slow, buzzkill log-in routine... Retrieved User Info... Getting Your Stuff...
