Over a site like Twitch or YouTube? Weird

I don't think so as I've also tried while still within my monthly high speed data allotment. Even so, that wouldn't wouldn't make sense to me, since I can still watch youtube, live streams, download from other sites, etc when I'm not in that window... but I can't even log into this one site?

Forgot to add I'm on a Windows 11 machine using MS Edge as the browser but also had the same issue on Chrome.

Wondering if this has figured out as I have had the same issue for over a month. Recently moved out into the country and had to get satellite internet (Viasat, same ISP as original poster...) and have not been able to login to the store (via the person icon at top right) nor download installers ...
