We're definitely not just deleting customer's modules. You had an old version of Voltage Modular before. Has the problem happened with version 2.2.5?

Greg
Yes, using version 2.2.5, the modules all disappeared again. Waiting on v2.3.2.

Customer Support said

We're currently working on version 2.3.2, and we'll release it if it passes our beta testing. It has further protections against this issue.

So hopefully all will be fully resolved soon.

Re: Inspiration/Customer killer

It never happens right away, so not yet as I only updated and restored a few days ago. Sent log files to Customer Support showing the last working startup and the subsequent one where the modules were missing.

Re: Inspiration/Customer killer

The car analogy was a simple one about vanishing purchases. I'd be surprised if code is deteriorating in your folders ;)

Contacted customer support. Awaiting a response.

Re: Inspiration/Customer killer

No longer having to worry about backing up countless modules, effortless upgrading and new software like the piano roll editor being made available for no cost at all automatically. Or even having modules apparently. I do my own back-ups regularly. I don't need it taken out of my hands and nobody i...

Re: Inspiration/Customer killer

Thank you for responding. I agree, it shouldn't happen, on any version. I have downloaded the latest version and all the modules yet again. I sincerely hope I'm not getting my wazoo smoked, since there was nothing in the version history that suggested a fix for this issue. Curiously, my password did...

Inspiration/Customer killer

Noticed there was some sales on Cherry Audio products today and thought about buying some more modules. Haven't used Voltage in a couple of months so started it up and oila, no modules. I had a previous issue where none of the module images showed up unless I logged in and restored everything from t...

Checking that solved it. Thanks much for your help schoekah :D . I'll put my specs in my signature from now on.

Voltage not showing images

I've upgraded to the lastest Voltage Modular (2.0.25). I have had to retrieve my modules twice now, and it seems that every time I start up Voltage Modular the module pictures need to be re-downloaded?? What do I need to do to stop this from happening? I'm not connected to the internet when I work o...
